Yes. EdVault is classified as educational software, which is an eligible ESA expense under AZ Empowerment Scholarship Account guidelines. We auto-generate a per-student invoice formatted for ClassWallet submission — most families are reimbursed within a week.
What if the AI generates incorrect information?
Every AI-generated field is fully editable before it's saved — and each one displays a confidence score so you know what to review closely. AI is the starting point; your family makes every final call. No document ever becomes part of your record without student review and parent approval.
How does the student/parent permission system work?
Students have their own login. They upload receipts, review AI output, write reflections, and submit for parent approval. Parents have a separate dashboard — they can see all activity, approve or request changes, and export compliance packets at any time. Students own their record; parents control what's final.

What happens to my records if AZ ESA rules change?

Your existing records remain valid for the period they cover, and we'll notify you of any action needed going forward.
